MediaFront
MediaFront is culmination of Alethia Inc's online software design efforts. The media players featured on this site have been years in the making, and mediafront.org allows us to bundle all of our work into one place. The site is broken into sections for each project providing an organized documentation section for each one. This allows users to access the specific version of our player and get information about that player quickly and easily. We have also taken steps to increase user interaction with the site including a discussion forum for customer support as well as links to our Twitter page.

The documentation for each project is categorized by player and setup type (CMS or stand-alone). Each addresses a specific area relating to the corresponding media player and walks users through a step by step installation.
The forums allow community interaction and increased involvement with the Alethia team allowing for feature requests, tech support, and case study information that will help build the player to fill more complex and unique situations. The forums hosted on MediaFront.org also allow all of the customer service and feature request messages to be filtered through one site rather than scattered across the web.
Each player can be downloaded directly from each project page from a link that is directed to where that specific download is hosted. In addition, each project page has links to the issues, development notes, and release notes which are all also linked to the specific pages where those projects are hosted (ie Drupal.org or github.com)
Alethia Inc has made sure that MediaFront site allows its users to become as involved as they would like by offering account registration with the site as well as a link to our twitter page so that users can get instant live updates.
